Ministries
Whether on a foreign mission field, or here in our very church home, we believe there is a Biblical, Godly calling to be the hands and feet of Jesus. In our homes, our city, our kids, youth, women, and men, as well as overseas. Below, we've laid out some of the ways we pursue the mission field, regardless of location. It is our desire that you do not just take our word for it, but that you would come and see for yourself, even get involved if the Lord is calling you to do so!
Children & Youth

What does it look like to steward today's youth with purpose? Come to Grace Baptist to see our answer to that question!
We love our kids and firmly believe in the significance of building up the next generation. With that said, we take their safety very seriously.
Every Friday night, Youth For Christ leads a program for middle school students. We are currently working on rebuilding our Sunday morning children and youth classes.
It is said that this generation will lead the nation back to a love for God. Just imagine, your young people at Grace, being taught in the Word and taking their love for Jesus to Pasadena and beyond.
Women

Women, you are one of the encouragers God has given us to steward growth and the love of Christ.
At Grace, we want you, ladies, to reach the full potential of who God created you to be. One way we do this is by having active Women in Mission and Women’s Missionary Union programs. Both groups had been meeting regularly each month.
We are currently praying for a new leader to step forward. The right leader will facilitate the group toward a deeper walk with God and love for missions.
Men

Men, we believe that God made you to be leaders both in the church and at home. The best leaders are servants who do not waver in the midst of a fallen world.
Each month, the men at Grace and their friends meet for breakfast and to share what God is doing in their lives. Currently, we are working through Steve Murrell's book, Iron Sharpens Iron.
Missions

Presently, our church is faithfully giving towards the Cooperative Program, the North American Mission Board, and the International Mission Board. We are also involved in other local activities, such as the Caring Cupboard and the Sunset Beach Association, just to name a few. It is a blessing to give financially and actively pray for these ministries.
In the future, we plan to go on missions both domestically and abroad. Since our pastor and his wife are 20-year missionary veterans, they have the desire and expertise to conduct a spiritually successful trip. Pastor Chris is a strong petitioner for missions. He's seen the value and fruit that short-term trips have produced.
Recently, we have designated a special area in the sanctuary dedicated to prayer and information related to missions both locally and abroad.
